Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026 · Privacy Policy

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using FireSiteChat. By using the service you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the service.

What FireSiteChat is

FireSiteChat is an AI chat service that answers questions using the content of a chosen website. You can use it as a web app, as a chat box that website owners add to their own site, or as a browser extension.

AI answers can be wrong

Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and can contain mistakes, be incomplete, or be out of date. Some answers are automatically double-checked and some are not. A label tells you which, but no label is a guarantee. Don't rely on answers as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise); always check important information yourself.

Using it with or without an account

You can chat without signing up. Signing in lets us save your chat history so you can return to it. What we keep in each case is explained, in plain terms, in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your conversations or your whole account at any time.

Acceptable use

Please use FireSiteChat responsibly. You agree not to:

To keep the service reliable and fair for everyone, we may set limits and may restrict, suspend, or block any use (including anonymous use) that we consider abusive, excessive, or a risk to the service, at any time and without notice.

Plans, payments, and changes to the service

Free use is subject to fair-use limits that may change. We may also introduce new features and ways to support the service, including paid options. Paid plans come with their own terms shown at the time of purchase, including any cooling-off rights your local law gives you. We may adjust limits and features with reasonable notice to account holders, and we don't promise the service will always be available or uninterrupted.

The service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep FireSiteChat useful and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing here removes rights you have under laws that can't be excluded (such as consumer-protection laws). Otherwise: we're not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on AI answers; if you use the service without paying, we have no liability to you; and if you've paid, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and we'll notify account holders in the app before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.

General

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service. You can't transfer your account to someone else; we may transfer these terms as part of a business change, with notice to account holders.

Contact and governing law

FireSiteChat is operated by Xapital Pty Limited (ABN 34 627 856 946, trading as aiders). Contact info@firesitechat.com. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia; if you're a consumer, you keep any rights your local law gives you.
